This Privacy Policy is designed to inform users ("you" or "user") about our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information (including Personal Information) when you use the mobile application "Ball Logic - Color Sort Puzzle" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and the related services we provide (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By downloading, installing, registering, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and consent to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings as those defined in our Terms of Service, unless otherwise specified herein.
We only collect information necessary to provide and improve the Service, and we will not collect irrelevant information without your permission. The information we may collect includes the following categories:
Personal Information refers to information that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific individual. We may collect the following Personal Information:
Account-related information: When you log in to the App for the first time using your Apple ID or Facebook account, we will obtain your registered email address, full name, and profile picture associated with that account. This information is used to verify your identity, create your App account, and associate your in-app progress and reward records.
Payment account information: If you participate in in-app reward activities (such as completing specified puzzle levels to earn rewards) and need to receive payouts, you will be required to provide your valid payment account details (e.g., PayPal account information). This information is solely used to process reward disbursements and ensure you receive the rewards you are entitled to.
Non-Personal Information refers to information that cannot identify a specific individual independently or in combination with other information. We may collect the following Non-Personal Information:
Device Identifier: We collect your Android Advertising ID (AAID) (for Android devices) or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) (for iOS devices). This identifier is used to detect fraudulent activities (such as preventing fake accounts from exploiting reward mechanisms) and to enable third-party ad service providers to serve personalized ads in the App.
Device and System Information: Including but not limited to the device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24), operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.0, Android 14), screen resolution (e.g., 2532×1170), system language (e.g., English, Spanish), time zone (e.g., UTC+8), and the timestamp of your first launch and subsequent use of the App. This information helps us adapt the App to different device configurations and optimize the user experience.
IP Address: We collect your device's IP address when you access the Service. This information is used to identify the approximate geographic location of your device (e.g., country or region) and to prevent network attacks, ensuring the stability and security of the Service.
Log Information: We automatically collect log data generated during your use of the App, including records of in-app operations (e.g., the number of puzzle levels completed, the time spent on each level), error logs (e.g., crash reports, error codes when functions fail to load), and usage frequency. This data is used to monitor the App's operating status, troubleshoot technical issues (such as fixing crash bugs), and continuously improve the App's performance and gameplay.
Installed Apps (with User Approval): The App integrates the Unity Ads SDK to display video ads. When the App is launched for the first time, the Unity Ads SDK may request access to information about other apps installed on your device. If you do not wish to share this information, you can directly decline the request in the pop-up permission prompt. Please note that this information is only requested by the Unity Ads SDK, and we (the developer of Ball Logic - Color Sort Puzzle) do not have access to or store this data.
We strictly use the collected information in accordance with the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and will not use it for any other purposes without your prior consent. The specific uses are as follows:
We use your account-related information (such as email address and name) to create and manage your App account, track your in-app progress (e.g., unlocked puzzle levels) and reward records, and ensure that you can continue your gameplay across different devices.
We use your payment account information to process reward payouts, ensuring that the rewards you earn through legitimate use of the App are accurately transferred to your designated account.
We use device identifiers (AAID/IDFA), device information, and IP addresses to cooperate with third-party ad service providers, so that they can serve ads that match your interests and display in-app tasks (e.g., watching ads to unlock new puzzle themes) for you to complete.
When you submit a request to delete your account and related data, or when there are major updates to this Privacy Policy or the App's Terms of Service (e.g., changes to the scope of information collection or the way rewards are distributed), we will send a notification to your registered email address to inform you of the relevant details and ensure your right to know.
When you encounter problems while using the App (e.g., inability to save puzzle progress, errors in reward distribution) and contact our customer support team, we will use your registered email address to communicate with you, understand the specific issues you are facing, and provide solutions. We may also use the log information you generated (such as crash reports) to investigate the cause of the problem and fix technical bugs in a timely manner.
We attach great importance to the security of your information and will not disclose your Personal Information to any third parties except in the following circumstances:
We may engage third-party companies or individuals to provide services on our behalf, such as third-party ad service providers (e.g., Unity Ads) that help us serve ads, and payment service providers (e.g., PayPal) that process reward payouts. These third parties will only access the information necessary to perform their assigned tasks (e.g., ad service providers may access your AAID/IDFA to serve ads) and are obligated to comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations, and may not use or disclose the information for any other purposes.
In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your information (including Personal Information and Non-Personal Information) may be transferred or disclosed as part of the corporate assets to the relevant successor entity. We will ensure that the successor entity continues to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and takes equivalent security measures to protect your information.
We may disclose your information if required by applicable laws, regulations, judicial decisions, or administrative orders (e.g., a court subpoena or a request from a regulatory authority). In such cases, we will only disclose the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with the legal requirement.
We adopt a variety of technical and administrative security measures to protect the information you provide from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. The specific measures are as follows:
All information transmitted between your device and our servers (such as your account login information and payment account details) is encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol to ensure that the data cannot be intercepted or tampered with during transmission. For information stored on our servers (such as your Personal Information), we use encryption technologies (e.g., AES-256 encryption) to protect the data at rest.
We implement strict technical and administrative access controls to limit the scope of personnel who can access your Non-Personal Information. Only employees or contractors who have a legitimate business need (e.g., customer support personnel who need to handle your inquiries, technical personnel who need to fix server bugs) can access the relevant information, and they are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Any unauthorized access to information will be subject to disciplinary action and legal liability.
We regularly conduct security audits of our systems and servers to identify and fix potential security vulnerabilities. We also update our security technologies and policies in a timely manner to adapt to changes in security threats and ensure that our information protection measures remain effective.
However, please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. We will do our best to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information. You should also take appropriate measures to protect your account security (e.g., not sharing your account password with others, enabling two-factor authentication if available).
We retain your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legal requirements. The specific retention periods are as follows:
Your account-related information (email address, name, profile picture) and payment account information will be retained until you request to delete your account and your request is approved. Once your deletion request is approved, your email address, name, profile picture, and other personally identifiable information will be deleted immediately from our servers and will no longer be accessible.
However, to prevent the same user from receiving duplicate rewards (e.g., new user registration rewards, level completion rewards; see our Terms of Service for details), we will retain your payment account information for a reasonable period (no longer than 6 months) after your account deletion request is approved. This is only to verify whether you have previously received rewards and to avoid reward abuse, and we will not use this information for any other purposes. After the retention period expires, this information will be permanently deleted.
Non-Personal Information (such as device information, log information, and IP addresses) will be retained for as long as necessary to improve the Service, optimize the App's performance, and comply with legal record-keeping requirements. Once this information is no longer needed, we will anonymize or delete it in a timely manner. Anonymized information (which can no longer identify any individual) may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis and Service improvement purposes.
You have the right to request the deletion of your App account and all related data at any time. To exercise this right, you can choose one of the following methods:
Open the App, enter the "Settings" page, select the "Feedback & Support" option, and submit a account deletion request in the feedback form. Please clearly state your request (e.g., "Request to delete my Ball Logic - Color Sort Puzzle account") and provide your registered email address for verification. We will review your request within 7 working days and notify you of the review result and the progress of data deletion via email.
You can send an email to our customer support email address: renmindang7@gmail.com. In the email, please include your registered email address (the one used to log in to the App) and a clear statement of your account deletion request. We will verify your identity within 7 working days and complete the account and data deletion process (except for the payment account information that needs to be retained as specified in Section 5.1), and then send a confirmation email to you.
Please note that once your account and data are deleted, all your in-app progress (e.g., unlocked puzzle levels, accumulated scores), rewards that have not been withdrawn, and other account-related data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
When you use the Service, if an error occurs in the App (e.g., the App crashes, a function fails to load normally), we will collect Log Data on your device through third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics). Log Data may include the following information:
Your device's IP address;
Device name and model;
Operating system version;
The configuration parameters of the App when the error occurred (e.g., the puzzle level being played, the ad service being loaded);
The time and date when the error occurred;
Other statistical data related to the error (e.g., the frequency of the error, the number of users affected by the error).
We use Log Data solely to identify the cause of App errors, fix technical bugs, and optimize the stability and user experience of the App. Log Data does not contain any personally identifiable information and will not be used to track or identify individual users.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device's internal memory by the websites or apps you use. They are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers to track user preferences and usage behavior. The App itself does not explicitly use Cookies to collect information. However, the third-party code and libraries integrated in the App (e.g., the Unity Ads SDK, Firebase Analytics SDK) may use Cookies to collect information about your use of their services (e.g., the number of ads you watch, the frequency of using specific App functions) and improve their service quality.
With your explicit permission (i.e., you agree to the App's request to access your device's contact list), we may upload your contact list to our servers for the following purposes:
Fraud detection: To verify whether multiple accounts are registered using the same contact information, thereby preventing the creation of fake accounts and the abuse of reward mechanisms.
Contact synchronization (if applicable): If the App provides a "invite friends to play" function in the future, your contact list may be used to help you find friends who have already installed the App.
We will only use your contact list for the above purposes and will not disclose it to any third parties. If you later revoke the permission to access your contact list, we will stop collecting and using this information and delete the contact list data stored on our servers within 3 working days.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., links to the official website of the Unity Ads SDK in the "About Ads" section). These third-party websites or services are not operated or controlled by us. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services, and we do not assume any responsibility for them.
When you click on a link to a third-party website or service, you will leave our App and be directed to the third party's platform. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy and terms of service of any third-party website or service before using it, so that you understand how the third party collects, uses, and protects your information.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will immediately delete the information from our servers and terminate the child's access to the Service.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you become aware that your child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us immediately via the email address renmindang7@gmail.com and provide relevant proof (e.g., your identity certificate, the child's date of birth). We will take all necessary measures to delete the child's information and cooperate with you to protect the child's privacy rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information collection and use practices, changes in applicable laws and regulations, or improvements to the Service. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will:
The updated Privacy Policy will take effect immediately after it is posted on the App. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the updated Policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the updated terms. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of our latest privacy practices.
If you have any questions, comments, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, or if you wish to exercise your rights related to your information (e.g., querying the information we hold about you, correcting incorrect information), please contact us via the following email address:

We will respond to your inquiry within 10 working days and provide you with a clear and detailed reply.
